Rekonstruksi Fungsi Manajerial Supervisi Pendidikan Islam pada Era Artificial Intelligence: Perspektif Pengembangan Mutu Pendidikan

Abstrak: Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan, termasuk dalam pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan. Namun, fungsi manajerial supervisi pendidikan Islam masih didominasi oleh pendekatan konvensional yang bertumpu pada observasi langsung, evaluasi periodik, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis pengalaman. Kondisi ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai bagaimana karakteristik fungsi manajerial supervisi pendidikan Islam yang berkembang selama ini, bagaimana implikasi Artificial Intelligence terhadap pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi tersebut, serta bagaimana rekonstruksi fungsi manajerial supervisi pendidikan Islam yang relevan untuk mendukung pengembangan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik fungsi manajerial supervisi pendidikan Islam, mengkaji implikasi Artificial Intelligence terhadap praktik supervisi, serta merekonstruksi model supervisi yang lebih adaptif terhadap perkembangan pendidikan kontemporer. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan konseptual melalui analisis berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan supervisi pendidikan Islam, manajemen pendidikan, Artificial Intelligence, dan pengembangan mutu pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Artificial Intelligence tidak menghilangkan fungsi dasar supervisi pendidikan Islam, melainkan mentransformasikan cara pelaksanaannya melalui pendekatan berbasis data dan teknologi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model rekonstruksi fungsi manajerial supervisi pendidikan Islam yang terdiri atas lima komponen utama, yaitu predictive planning, smart coordination, AI-assisted professional development, intelligent monitoring, dan data-based evaluation. Model tersebut memperkuat efektivitas supervisi sekaligus mempertahankan nilai-nilai humanis, edukatif, dan spiritual yang menjadi karakteristik pendidikan Islam. Secara akademik, penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan kajian supervisi pendidikan Islam melalui integrasi perspektif Artificial Intelligence dan manajemen pendidikan ke dalam suatu kerangka konseptual yang mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.
