PENGGUNAAN TAYAMUM UNTUK MELAKSANAKAN SHALAT FARDHU DI TEMPAT PEMBERHENTIAN BUS DALAM PERJALANAN LAMPUNG KE MEDAN MENURUT HUKUM ISLAM

Abstrak

Abstract;On the way at the bus stop found a small room where there was water which is not clean and not suitable forOuse thaharah and wudu’ and a small percentage of passengers use it tayamum to implement shalat fardhu. On the other hand, passengers have problems regarding dust  a good one that can be used for tayamum  So to answer, passengers may do so by tayamum for shalat fardhu And  knowing what good dust to use for Tayamum To answer this problem the author uses an approach Ushuli  namely analyzing the main points of the problem with istihsan, namely looking for the good, in the sense of looking for good land to do it. The research results show that travelers who do By tayamum for shalat fardhu is allowed, if no water is found and holy dust is pure dust is on the ground surface like on the ground around the ground like grass, trees and so forth. the use of tayamum by seeing because it's allowed that is, it is prayer time and there is no water.
