Pendampingan Penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) di SMP Negeri 1 Metro

This community service program aimed to enhance teachers' competency in developing Lesson Plans at SMP Negeri 1 Metro. The program was implemented in response to teachers' needs in developing lesson plans that align with the latest curriculum and 21st-century learning demands. Implementation methods included workshops, individual mentoring, and lesson plan development practice. Results showed improved teacher ability in developing innovative and contextual lesson plans, with a 90% success rate. Activity evaluation indicated participant satisfaction with the mentoring program and significant improvement in the quality of produced lesson plans. The program successfully helped teachers develop more effective lesson plans that meet modern learning requirements.
