Manajemen Pembelajaran Pendidikan Islam Yang Inovatif Di Sekolah Dasar

Islamic education at the elementary school level has a very important role
in shaping the character of students. However, the implementation of Islamic
education learning management in some schools still faces challenges, such as
limited facilities and lack of training for teachers in utilizing technology. This
study aims to analyze innovative Islamic education learning management at SD
Negeri 02 Srimulyo Anak Ratu Aji Central Lampung. The method used in this
study is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected
through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed
using qualitative data analysis techniques. The findings show that school
principals play an important role in motivating and directing teachers to
implement innovative learning methods, such as the use of technology and
problem-based approaches. However, there are obstacles in the form of limited
facilities and lack of training for teachers in utilizing technology. The conclusion
of this study is that although the learning management of Islamic education in
this school has been well implemented, there is a need to improve facilities and
training to improve the quality of learning more optimally.
